Congratulations to Hanser R. Robert Waters School November Student of the Month. Hanser demonstrated courage and determination as evident when he ran for the 6th grade Student Council President. when he was the only candidate that delivered his speech in both English and Spanish. He says he was "nervous and felt embarrassed because he was unsure of how his peers would react". Hanser read his speech with confidence it was a pleasure to see how proud he was after he was done.
